Device setup includes:

  • Streaming Devices

  • Set-Top Boxes (Cable Box)

  • Media Players (DVD/Blu-Rays)

  • Apps/Subscriptions

Does not include audio equipment, smart hubs, or security devices.

Customer must give at minimum 24 hour notice of any and all cancellation. In the event a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, there is a non-refundable $20.00 fee.
